Visa for Internship

This type of visa is intended for foreigners who have obtained a degree in high education within two years before the application for the authorization of residence in Spain or who are pursuing such degree in high education and wishing to travel to Spain to carry out internships within the framework of a host agreement or an internship work contract, in order to improve their knowledge, internship and experience in a professional environment.

If these requirements are not met, it is possible to apply for a study visa for the purpose of other internships in Spain.

BLS International Service charge: There is a service charge of VND 448.000 (inclusive of VAT) applicable per application, independently from the visa fee.

Please provide one recent photograph (not more than 3 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should be in colour and:

Taken against a light background (white or off-white) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
Clear share quality and with the face in focus.
Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
Full face, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]

Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the centre..

The legal period for reaching a decision is of 10 days as of the day after the application submission date, not counting the time that elapses between the sending of visa applications from the BLS office to the Spanish Embassy and vice versa. The Embassy of Spain only accepts the pre-applications received by BLS when it has physically received the applications and the visa fee has effectively entered the Embassy's bank account. The processing period begins to count from the date of admission in the visa computer system of the Embassy of Spain.

Please note that all applications are processed individually. The Visa Officer may invite you for an interview or request further documentation or information. This may extend the processing time.
